Yes. My practice is fully virtual, allowing clients to connect from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Many people find online therapy just as effective as in-person sessions and often more comfortable. Virtual sessions also make therapy more consistent, especially for those with demanding schedules, family responsibilities, or frequent travel.
I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your sessions are confidential and easy to access from any device.

You may benefit from trauma-informed therapy if:
Your body reacts even when your mind says you’re “fine”
Stress feels like it never really shuts off
You feel disconnected, numb, or overwhelmed
You’re constantly overthinking or bracing for impact
Relationships feel hard, even when you want them to work
Trauma therapy helps the nervous system understand that you are no longer in danger and that you deserve to feel safe in your life.

Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and make sure your needs are the right fit for my practice. If not, I’ll do my best to help you find a therapist who is.

Yes. Online EMDR therapy is a safe, evidence-based, and highly effective method for processing trauma. I use secure online tools that guide bilateral stimulation (through eye movements, tapping, or audio tones) just like in person.
Virtual EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing experiences while you stay grounded in your own environment. Many clients actually prefer EMDR online because it allows them to do deep trauma work from a space where they already feel safe.
If you’re struggling with PTSD, complex trauma, or emotional triggers, virtual EMDR can help you release the past and restore balance without having to leave home.

Insurance companies typically require a mental health diagnosis to reimburse therapy sessions, which is appropriate for individual treatment but sometimes not for couples. Relationship issues are not mental illnesses, and labeling one partner with a diagnosis can be misleading and even harmful to the therapeutic process.
By keeping couples therapy private and self-pay, I’m able to focus on what truly matters: improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening the relationship without insurance restrictions, session limits, or unnecessary labeling.

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been hard lately, and what you’d like to change. It’s also a time to make sure we’re the right fit to work together. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re ready for.
For couples, the first session is structured to ensure both partners feel heard and understood. For trauma clients, we move at your pace, with grounding and safety-building before processing deeper material.

Every client is different. Some feel relief after a few sessions; others benefit from longer-term support. I will always explain your options clearly and help you find a pace that feels grounded, never rushed.

A superbill is a detailed receipt I provide that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. It lists the session dates, type of service, diagnosis code, and fee.
You simply submit the superbill to your insurance provider, and they may reimburse you directly based on your plan’s out-of-network coverage.
Many clients find this process simple, and I’m happy to guide you through it during your consultation or after your first session.
